Kids Day America/International
was a huge success!! |

Chiropractic hosted the 11th Annual Kids Day America/International on May
14. |
| |
- Six community members were awarded the Children's Empowerment Award in
recognition of their contributions to children's lives in the Grand
Valley.
- 600 people enjoyed Kids Day
- 300 DNA kits were distributed
- 200 children received spinal and posture screenings
- 186 free child ID cards were given away.
- A donation to the D.A.R.E. program of $1,000.00 will be presented to D.A.R.E. officials

The proceeds of this non-profit event will benefit the DARE program which helps kids just say no to drugs and alcohol. Mayor Bruce Hill is scheduled to appear and is proclaiming Sat. May 14 as Kids Day International. We will be presenting the Kids Day International Children's Empowerment Awards to six deserving community members. New Life Chiropractic is giving away Child ID cards and health screenings, law enforcement is giving away DNA kits, McGruff the Crime Dog and the Crash Test Dummies will be there along with food, balloons, face painters, and much more! |
